Emergency Action by Arizona Department of Financial Institutions against First Magnus

The Arizona Department of Financial Institutions took emergency action and suspended all mortgage banker licenses of First Magnus just five days before the Bankruptcy filing of First Magnus. The Department charged that First Magnus demonstrated an immediate threat to the public welfare of the citizens of Arizona and borrowers nationwide.
