Panther Investments gets Technical Default Judgement against Paul Eugene Hill for over $600,000
What a glorious month, Paul Eugene Hill finally does not escape the process of justice…this is just a start.
Now since Paul Hill has declared bankruptcy in 1994, 2004, 2005 and April of 2006…and Sarah Norris-Hill in March 2006 in Waycross, Georgia…we don’t expect to receive any monies from this as he clearly has no assets (just the Jaguar Sarah Hill drives around was bought with Panther’s money…in addition to the truck, the boat, the Ford Focus).
Yes - this is indeed factual…it is unfortunate Rudy Straat or myself were not aware of this when we established our relations with Paul - as the Inspector for the Sheriffs office here after doing his background research for the criminal complaints filed, viewed the Hill’s as individuals that travel from state to state milking companies dry. You will see in further blogs the actual checks and scams done to our company, Panther Valley Funding (also known as Panther Investments) where Paul E. Hill and Sarah Hill (also known as Sarah Norris) milked our company dry.
I do believe that myself, Maria Gudelis and Rudy Straat, are guilty only of trusting those around us to execute what needed to be done successfully to operate our business. It was equally shocking to us to have found 2 guns and an assault rifle in his bedroom closet…especially since Paul Hill purported to be a Pastor and a man of faith to us. We immediately brought over Paul’s guns and assault rifle over to the Sheriffs office. This happened in mid Spring and interesting to us that as of today, Paul hasn’t dared to show up at the Sheriff’s office to pick them up. You see, he has been avoiding meeting or talking to anyone from Walton County police station.
